Questions riders ask
Is there any pressure to buy?
No. The fitting is free and there's no obligation. You'll leave knowing exactly what fits your horse, and you can decide when you're ready.
What should I bring?
Just your horse. Your fitter takes care of the measuring.
What if I don't know my seat size or my horse's tree size?
That's what the fitting is for. Most riders aren't sure of both. Your fitter will work it out with you.
How long does a custom saddle take?
Custom builds usually take 2 to 3 months. If your fit is in stock, you can ride it much sooner.
Are there payment options?
Yes. You can put down a deposit and pay as you go, or use Shop Pay. Your fitter will walk you through it.
What if I can't make it to the booth?
You can start a free virtual fitting from home. Send four photos of your horse and a fitter calls you back within 1 to 3 business days.
